Configuring: Aggregate
Select one or more fields to be used for grouping. All values that are the same within this field will be grouped, and the aggregations will be applied to these groupings in further selected fields. Choosing more than one field for grouping will decrease the size of the group on which the aggregations will be performed.

Steps to configure

Group fields: Select available fields for grouping.

Select aggregation: Select the required aggregations to be performed on further selected fields.

Execute: A new dataset is created, listing the fields for grouping, and all the aggregations on the specified fields.
Step 1: Group fields
Select the double, integer or string fields to be used for grouping.

Default: All the string, double and integer fields are listed in the available window.

Minimum configuration: At least one field needs to be selected.
Step 2: Select aggregation
From the drop down list, select the field on which the specified aggregation will be performed, and the aggregation to be performed.

The name will be auto-generated as a combination of the field and aggregation selected.

[Add] the aggregation, which will then be listed in the window.

Different aggregation options will be available for integer and double fields, compared to the string and timestamp fields.

Minimum configuration: At least one aggregation has to be assigned.

Step 3: Execute
A new dataset will be created, containing the fields used for grouping, and all the aggregations performed on the selected fields.
